Laude's manufacturing process is free of toxic chemicals and dyes. They never use synthetic fibers, which are made from plastic and do not biodegrade even in landfills. Nearly all of their products are made with upcycled or organic materials, such as cotton and linen, and all of our paper collection and in-store packaging is created using upcycled materials that otherwise would have ended up in landfills. They design pieces specifically to use remnants from their own productions. This year, LAUDE the label introduced a new carbon offset program that carefully analyzes their remaining carbon emissions and plants trees to responsibly offset them. LAUDE the label are proud to support women artisans in five countries — Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti, India, and Peru and always provide them with fair wages and safe and meaningful work environments.

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within Canada over $150.
For any orders under $150 we offer a flat rate tracked shipping of $15.

RETURN POLICY
All teas, edibles, intimates and apothecary, intimates, swimwear and books are final sale. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will happily accept full-priced merchandise for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
