At Ånde we work hard to get your orders packed and shipped in a timely manner. With that said, we are a very small team so please allow 2-3 business days for us to get everything packed and shipped. We appreciate your understanding and promise it will be worth the wait.

Shipping within Canada
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within Canada over $150. For any orders under $150 we offer a flat rate tracked shipping of $15.
Estimated Delivery time: 4-7 business days (however this can take longer to reach more rural areas). You will receive a tracking number with a more accurate delivery estimate once your order is shipped.
Shipping within Continental US
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within the Continental US over $250. For any orders under $250 we offer a flat rate tracked shipping of $25.
Estimated Delivery time: This can vary depending on area, an accurate estimated shipping time will be provided once your order has shipped. Generally, you should allow about 5-10 business days.
For all other locations, we offer free shipping on orders $500 or more. For any orders under $500 you will be charged based on location at check-out.
Estimated Delivery time: Please allow 10-14 business days however this can vary depending on location.
Please keep in mind that Ande is not responsible for any duty charges incurred. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for all original shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred as well as any costs associated with the return of the package.
We will happily accept full-priced merchandise for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Ånde is not responsible for any return shipping costs, nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All sales are final after 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions at email@example.com and check out our buy-back program for any items you wish to return that you have previously worn or that are past the 14 days.
Damages and Issues
Ande is not responsible for delays or loss of items by our shipping provider. Ande is not liable for items once they are shipped to your requested address. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All teas, edibles, intimates and apothecary, intimates, swimwear and books are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
