Having been on the manufacturer’s end of the fashion industry the creators of Le Bon Shoppe wanted to produce their garments and socks in a more intentional and curated way. They produce a limited quantity of pieces at a time that is carefully calculated so they can sell everything they produce before making more. This means they don’t carry overstock! And unlike most fashion companies they don’t create the prolific waste of producing excess quantities just to meet quotas or drive sales. Le Bon Shoppe prides itself on being a Slow Fashion brand and does not follow the traditional never ending seasons of the fashion industry but instead creates quality, timeless pieces made to last many seasons!

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within Canada over $150.
For any orders under $150 we offer a flat rate tracked shipping of $15.

RETURN POLICY
All teas, edibles, intimates and apothecary, intimates, swimwear and books are final sale. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will happily accept full-priced merchandise for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
