Our sweaters are made in Peru. We work with a small family run factory for our industrial machine knitting. Their quality is impeccable both on technical machine work and with their detailed hand finishing work.

We also work with a small artisan collaborative for handknit and hand-loomed pieces. The knitters are able to work from home so they can earn a living while still caring for their families. With them, we've been able to figure out how to use deadstock waste yarns, using up quality resources that would otherwise be discarded.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within Canada over $150.
For any orders under $150 we offer a flat rate tracked shipping of $15.

RETURN POLICY
All teas, edibles, intimates and apothecary, intimates, swimwear and books are final sale. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will happily accept full-priced merchandise for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
