An everyday staple, the Painter Pant is a casual pant inspired by classic French and American chore pants with large front patch pockets, straight, subtly cropped leg with relaxed rise. Back patch pockets and elastic at back waist for an easy fit. Part of our utilitarian workwear collection: made to be lived in, worked in and built to last. Now offered in our Italian denim dyed our favourite dark indigo wash, East.

SM denim styles are sewn in the USA with double single needle construction for durability.

Their Italian Denim comes from one of the most sustainable denim mills in the world. This mill has a zero waste process with their cotton, keeping all cotton in their supply chain with no waste. With a focus on circularity and traceability, this mill does not discard of any water, but keeps the water recycled in their process. All of their cottons are fully traceable back to the source. They do not use any harmful chemicals in their process.. Among the many globally recognized certifications they hold, they are GOTS, Better Cotton, Oeko Tex 100 and Global Recycling Standard certified. They also hold several certifications for safe labor and human rights including Wordly and SA 8000 certifications amongst others.

For any orders under $150 we offer a flat rate tracked shipping of $15.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will happily accept full-priced merchandise for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
